Description

These Easy No-Bake Chocolate Protein Brownies are rich, fudgy, and easy to make without an oven. Made with oats, cocoa, peanut butter, and protein powder, they’re a simple chocolate treat for busy days, snack time, or after a workout.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the pan: Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix the dry ingredients: Add the rolled oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt to a large bowl. Stir well.
  • Add the wet ingredients: Add the peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, milk, and vanilla. Mix until everything comes together into a thick mixture.
  • Add chocolate chips: Stir in the mini chocolate chips if using.
  • Press into the pan: Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Press it down firmly and smooth the top.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
  • Cut and serve: Lift the brownies out using the parchment paper and cut into 12 squares.

Notes

Storage

Keep the brownies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.

Recipe Tips

  • Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother texture.
  • Add the milk slowly because different protein powders absorb liquid differently.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add another tablespoon of milk.
  • For extra chocolate flavor, add more mini chocolate chips or a drizzle of melted dark chocolate.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the pan so the brownies hold together when sliced.
